Located on a site of 14 meters slope, the residential condominium Celso Benjamin Schappo is located in the western portion of the lot, the highest in the land.
The construction consists of four parallel towers with eight floors each – being six apartment floors and two garage floors, with the exception of the first tower that includes seven floors with a single garage floor. The Tower A has 48 units, the towers B and C 42 units and the tower D 36 units, totaling 168 units.
The architectural layout of blocks allowed the consolidation of a green area in the lower levels of the lot, qualifying social recreation areas located in the first tower. The building still has pool, party hall, fitness, outside grills and playground.
