Description:
The Maresias residential, located in Cacupe, consists of three parallel blocks of apartment. Totaling 36 residential units, the blocks have three floors, one underground garage and one duplex floor.
Being a sloping ground, the volumes are adapted in the topography and they took advantage from the drops for creating access. The party hall and pool are located in the reserved part of the land and have eye contact with the existing vegetation, qualifying leisure activities.
