Description:
Occupying a site with six feet uphill, with two fronts with 24 meters and 47 meters long, the Residential Barreiros was designed ensuring the highest quality of the 44 units indoors designed.
Among the 14 floors designed are 11 apartment type floors, 2 underground garage and one pilotis, where the recreation social areas are located.
The plant was organized so that the four apartments on each floor have views for the fronts of the lot, valuing equally all units and ensuring the most of the environmental issues of natural lighting and ventilation.
