Description:
Following principles employed by the Cidade Pedra Branca, the Civitas Patio building is organized in two parallel towers with 14 floors, being eleven apartment type floors, ground floor and two underground garage. The towers were deployed in order to conform a central courtyard, a leading integrator of the project. In the courtyard there are open free spaces for leisure, the adult and children's pools and playground. In the ground floor of the front facade, facing the way, business rooms were designed contributing to the dynamics of the place. Also in the ground floor, facing the courtyard, are the condominium recreational area, with a party hall, playroom, cinema room and study room. The first apartment floor differs from the others because it has a large terrace for private use. The others are characterized by containing large openings to the outside and plant’s organizations that allows reconfiguration by the users.
