Description:
Located on slope land, the Nautical Jurerê condominium has four residential blocks arranged staggered, that take advantage of sunlight and ensure visual contact of the ocean from the beach of Jurerê. Due to the proximity to the sea, was made in one of the blocks a patio for boats and small boats, satisfying the demand from the users of the area. The five floors of each block includes units with two different types - 3 bedroom, 3-bedroom duplex. The blocks are arranged to conform an open central courtyard, accessed by ramps, encouraging the meeting and socializing of the families who will live there.
