Jurerê ON is located in a very privileged area of Praia de Jurerê, less than 100 meters from the beach's sand, it was designed with wide openings that provide a direct relationship with the sea. The nature and greenery present in its side boulevard blend harmoniously into the building. The project benefits from an avant-garde Urban Plan conceived by Oscar Niemeyer, an icon of modern Brazilian architecture, who in 1958 designed a neighborhood with more than twenty green boulevards, offering residents proximity to nature, allowing the daily experience of living in a spacious and healthy environment, within a planned neighborhood like few others. It is precisely this tradition of modern Brazilian architecture that inspires the design of Jurerê On. Horizontal planes of exposed concrete with natural wood finishes create a building that connects people with the landscape. And what a landscape! The design of the building, the choice of the construction system and its finishes allowed the creation of an architecture with elegant lines and a lot of transparency, where nature is perfectly framed from the inside of each apartment. On the roof, an infinity pool makes the most of the view of the sea. Common use environments make the building a true extension of its units.
