Description:
From the union of five batches, forming a plane land with "L" format emerged the project Residential Boutique Vogue. With two fronts of 47.50 and 58.10 meters, the construction has two towers of five floors, with one underground garage, pilotis, two type floors and attic.
The building house has 12 units of apartments in the tower A and 31 units in Tower B, totaling 43 units. The pilotis units are Garden apartments and two units in the attic floor have private pool. There is also social areas with pool, party hall, fitness and playground.
The architectural solution took advantage of the constructive potential of the land and guaranteed the quality of the spaces of the apartments, regarding the organization of plants, natural lighting and ventilation.
