The building located on one of the most exuberant beaches on the coast of Santa Catarina was conceived as two residential towers, overlooking the beach of Palmas do Arvoredo, which has an extension of 2.5 km and a beautiful landscape with Quinta dos Ganchos Island to the north. and Palmas Archipelago Island to the south.

The project is located close to the waterfront, on a corner lot where the accesses were strategically positioned to have a generous 27 meters long swimming pool. And all the leisure areas in the front sector of the development, creating a place to feel in the garden of the house also with an outdoor fireplace. The party, gourmet and fitness areas were developed with large spaces oriented towards the sea with maximum comfort and design for residents.

The architecture of modern lines emphasizes the horizontal, framing the sea views and reinforcing its geographical position. The materials and details used create an elegant image, with subtle details that organize the visual construction of the entire building with the predominant structure in exposed concrete. A set of authentic solutions that define VIVÀ's personality and enhance the beauties of the landscape.

We take care of every detail in the development of the plans to allow greater integration with the views, and functional organization of spaces. In this sense, VIVÁ intends to create a connected environment with one of the greatest values, which is the integration with the natural environment and, on the other hand, to be a building of strong architectural reference on the edge of Palmas do Arvoredo.
