The Yrupá project quickly captivated us. A place with exuberant landscape qualities, a unique terrain, high and well situated in terms of sunlight and views, innovative customers were its initial ingredients.

We combine these points with the passion of ARK7 Arquitetos and its partners for good architecture! The tireless search for our projects to add positive elements to the places in which they operate and that positively impact the lives of the individuals who experience them.

The result achieved speaks for itself! Buildings that accommodate themselves on the slope of the land, staggering to achieve the greatest possible integration with all the surrounding nature. Clear volumes, horizontal lines that highlight the lightness of the villas and the beauty of the materials used, such as wood, concrete and glass.
